As most of the construction happens in our controlled workshop environment, weather rarely affects the timeline. On-site installation can occasionally be delayed by severe weather — we'll always communicate any changes promptly and reschedule at the earliest opportunity.

Absolutely! We welcome workshop visits during your build, and we'll send regular photo updates at each stage of manufacturing. You'll know exactly what's happening with your project at all times.

We typically ask for a 25% deposit to confirm your order and begin the design process, with 50% due at the start of manufacturing and the final 25% on completion. We also offer 0% finance options on projects over £5,000 — ask us for details.

Yes, VAT at the standard rate (currently 20%) is applicable to most garden building projects. Our quotes clearly show whether VAT is included or exclusive. Some insulation and energy-saving additions may qualify for a reduced VAT rate — we'll advise on this during your consultation.

All our structures come with a comprehensive 10-year structural warranty covering the frame and cladding, plus a 5-year warranty on roofing materials and a 2-year warranty on all fixtures, fittings and electrics. Our warranty is backed by our professional indemnity insurance.

We recommend applying a fresh coat of exterior paint or wood treatment every 2–3 years to protect the timber. We'll provide full maintenance guidance in your handover pack. Annual check-ups on gutters, seals and fixings are also advisable. We offer annual maintenance packages — ask us for details.
